Interesting: 55 year-old woman dons ninja mask, pulls bank heist

Not to make ninjas an on-going theme of today's news, but this story about a Florida woman (what is it about Floridians and ninjas, anyway?) was just too good to pass up.

"Police said Betty Hudson allegedly wore a ninja outfit and mask during at least two holdups in Ocala.

Ninjas: Flordia officer waits for chance to use "super trained" fighting skills

What started as an online joke led to a suspension for Florida Officer Justin Varkony this week, after Oviedo Police Department officials got wind of Varkony's "killer ninja fighter skills."

"The controversial statement was found on Officer Justin Varkony's MySpace page. It stated he he was a 'supertrained killer ninja fighter of the night who has not had a chance to use this special skill yet.'"

I bet the Oviedo Department will be kicking themselves when the pirates attack ...
